Ingredients
Wet Ingredients:
2 large peaches
1-2 angelica or plum plums
A handful of raisins
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons apple juice concentrate
Dry Ingredients:
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1/2 cup gluten-free oat flour
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of baking soda
2-3 tablespoons of almond milk (adjust according to the texture of the flour)
Preparation
Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Prepare Fruit Mix: Slice peaches and plums, mix with raisins, olive oil, and apple juice concentrate.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine buckwheat flour, gluten-free oat flour, sorghum, cinnamon, unsweetened vanilla, and baking soda.
Combine Mixtures: Slowly add almond milk to dry ingredients until smooth. Gently fold in fruit mixture.
Bake: Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serving: After it cools, cut into bars. If you wish, you can add date caramel on top.
